Orthopedic and sports-related injuries do not always happen during weekday office hours. That is why The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics Orthopaedic Associates of Central Maryland Division (OACM) offers OACM After Hours, which is orthopedic-specific care for when you need it most. Utilizing our After-Hours service is a cost-effective alternative to emergency departments, focusing on new injuries such as sprains, strains, muscle pains, soreness, spasms, fractures, and tendon tears. Services cover various areas including shoulder, hip, foot and ankle, knee, and sports injuries for both adults and pediatric patients.

OACM After Hours is a dedicated after-hour care service offered by The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics Associates of Central Maryland, specializing in minor acute orthopedic injuries.

We provide after-hour care services for minor acute orthopedic injuries, including sprains, strains, muscle pains, soreness, spasms, and more. All patients will receive evaluation and treatment from one of our orthopedic physician assistants. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER COVID TESTING.

Avoid the lengthy waits at the ER. If your injury is not life-threatening, consider visiting our after-hours clinic for orthopedic and sports injuries. If our providers determine that you require emergency care, we will prioritize your injury and assist you in navigating the ER efficiently.
