Todd (TJ) Shrager, DPT
A Baltimore County native, TJ graduated from the University of Delaware in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. He then earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta in 2001. TJ specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with an emphasis on creating individualized dynamic and functional training/rehab programs designed to help patients return to their specific sport or life activities. He also has an interest in injury prevention and has specialized training in functional movement testing to help identify and reduce risk with movement and activity. TJ has a long history of involvement in sports from his own years playing soccer and basketball to coaching club-level soccer and lacrosse for over 10 years which has helped fuel his passions at work. Outside of the office he enjoys running, Peloton, skiing, and hanging out with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.
